Eleven West has been in operation for over 30 years. We specialize in the production and marketing of four different products and services - wearable items, promotional merchandise, graphic art and graphic printing. Our superior reputation is based on providing tremendous quality products delivered on time at a competitive price. We are ISO quality approved and all of our products go through rigorous quality inspection before being delivered to our customers. Our creativity and quality artwork help to differentiate us from our competitors. We prefer to establish relationships, not just sell you a product. Mission Statement
Our mission is a simple one; "to provide our customers with the highest quality product at a competitive price delivered on time for total customer satisfaction. We build long-term relationships with our customers and suppliers and provide an organized and safe workplace for our employees."
Our Facility
We operate in a 10,000 square foot building between Pulaski and Radford. Although the way of life in this part of Virginia is slow paced, the Eleven West production facility is not. We operate automatic printers, multi-head embroidery machines, high-speed graphic computers and digitizers as well as high-speed flat-bed presses. Our highly trained staff produce screen-printed and embroidered apparel, sew-on lettering, graphic printed labels and decals as well as graphic art and digitizing. All of our customer relations, sales offices and design staff are located within the same facility as our production. This allows many quality inspections to take place simultaneously. This is a truly busy and exciting plant.
